I always wonder if Heipo was so jumpy due to some condition, given that he seems way calmer/collected in the earlier years (pre ~2000) and, if memory serves, in the more recent years too (at least it didn\'t seem as extreme as it was here). Hamada as Shokupan-man is hilarious though.
